We are leveraging the Portuguese IEFP +Talento program to turn a high-potential grad into a startup operator. If you’re a recent graduate (under 35) eligible for the IEFP +Talento program, you’re the profile we’re looking to invest in. You can have previous working experience, but it isn’t required. If you complete the internship program successfully, you’ll be offered a work contract after 6 months.

We are looking for a Startup Operator to be our "boots on the ground" in Lisbon. You are the person who makes the impossible happen in the physical world, while others might be stuck in online calls.

We believe in Operational Excellence. Your job is to ensure that the physical side of our business: the paperwork, banking, logistics, all run like a Swiss watch.

  • Field Navigator: You’ll be on the move across Lisbon, moving between our and our customers’ offices, banks, post office, and government entities, as needed. When you aren’t required to go to a location, you have the flexibility to work from home or wherever you prefer.

  • Document Maniac: You’ll be responsible for collecting, verifying, and submitting high-stakes paperwork. You’ll have a senior legal and accounting team behind you, but you need to show great judgment and a sense of organization and responsibility. This is binary, as failures can have reputation risk. This is not a job to “wing it”.

  • Customer Diplomat: You will meet our international customers at banks and offices to guide them through local processes. Whether you're talking to a conservative bank manager or a frantic startup founder, you keep it smooth, professional, and pleasant. You need to be adaptable, command good English, and be generally pleasant to be with. We don’t need snake-oil salesman, though.

  • Professional Hustler: When a process gets stuck in bureaucracy, you don't wait for an email. You go to the source, ask the right questions, and find the workaround. For you to excel in the position, you need to have high agency. The solution will not land on your lap.
