We're now looking for an ambitious International Business Developer to help us grow our client base among Series A+ tech scale-ups and global software companies. If you're a natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, we want to hear from you.

 

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Identify and connect with decision-makers (typically VPs, C-level execs, or founders) at tech companies expanding to Europe

  • Qualify and convert inbound leads and build your own outbound pipeline through smart, personalized outreach

  • Help refine and pitch our value proposition in a way that resonates with different personas and markets

  • Work closely with our CEO, marketing, and ops team to build a repeatable sales playbook

  • Represent BRIDGE IN at online and offline events, especially in the tech/startup ecosystem

  • Track your activity and deals using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and report on KPIs

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in tech, SaaS, HR tech, or professional services

  • Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)

  • Proven ability to sell to international clients—ideally founders or senior executives

  • Comfortable owning the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to closing

  • Startup mentality: resourceful, proactive, and not afraid to experiment

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills

💼 Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with US or UK-based tech companies

  • Familiarity with international hiring, EOR, or compliance

  • Based in Portugal or Southern Europe

  • Existing network in the startup or tech scale-up ecosystem
