JOB OPENING AT BRIDGE IN - GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER (BASED IN PORTUGAL)

BRIDGE IN is on a mission to help fast-growing tech companies expand into Southern Europe by removing the friction from cross-border hiring, admin, and compliance. We're building the softlanding platform for tech scale-ups—blending software, human expertise, and automation to make international expansion seamless.
We’re now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead on our demand generation efforts and fuel the next stage of our growth.
🔥 What You'll Do
Own and execute our growth marketing strategy across multiple channels (LinkedIn, SEO, email, paid, and partnerships)
Develop and manage campaigns that convert—from awareness to qualified leads
Build and optimize our marketing funnel, landing pages, and lead nurturing flows (HubSpot experience a big plus)
Use data to experiment and iterate: you’ll test, track, and optimize growth loops
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership to align marketing with company goals
🎯 What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or tech services company
Proven ability to design and run growth experiments that drive measurable results
Strong grasp of performance marketing, content strategy, email marketing, and SEO
Hands-on experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and no-code landing page builders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and ownership
🚀 Bonus Points
Experience targeting tech executives (VP/C-level) in international markets
Background in international expansion, EOR, remote hiring, or HR tech
Strong storytelling or copywriting skills
