We need a Full Stack Developer who’s comfortable jumping between frontend, backend, and infrastructure, loves greenfield projects, and thrives in startup chaos. Seniority is not the primary factor; a robust technical background and alignment with our high-velocity, AI-first approach are key.

Your Role:

You’ll work across the entire stack and own meaningful chunks of the product from day one. Expect a lot of greenfield work in a fast-moving, high-paced environment where we utilize the best tools available.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Building new features end-to-end on our multiple frontend apps, APIs, and internal services.

  • Shaping data models and considering data migrations.

  • Deploying and managing infrastructure on Digital Ocean.

  • Shipping production code multiple times per week to maintain our high pace.

  • Leveraging AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to move faster and maintain quality.

  • Collaborating closely with product and ops, clear English communication is a must.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong technical foundation in full-stack development. We value deep technical knowledge to meet any challenge from business complexity, to authentication flows, to scaling infrastructure.

  • AI-Development Mindset: Eagerness to embrace new tooling, modern frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows to maximize velocity and code quality, with hands-on experience.

  • Willingness to Learn: You are aligned with a fast-moving, high-paced team culture and have a proactive willingness to learn and adapt constantly.

  • Real ownership of features from UI to infrastructure.

  • Proactive attitude, you spot problems and propose solutions before being asked.

  • Comfortable with greenfield projects and rapid iteration.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, Node, Django, FastApi, etc.
