Job Title: AI-Native Product Engineer 🤖

At BRIDGE IN, we are fighting the bureaucracy of Southern Europe to help tech companies scale faster. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and looking for a developer who wants to escape old code maintenance hell and build something great! We helped the local economy by bringing over 120M€ in direct foreign investment 🔥

AI-Native Superpower ⚡ We don't just allow AI tools or expect you to use them. You will be required to lead a team of AI agents 🤖, monitor and train them, and together build software products, fast and reliably. Using AI, however, is not enough. You still need to understand design patterns, architecture, and be able to write impeccable code.

🛠️ We use a modern tech stack to move fast, although we care more about fundamentals than frameworks. Currently, we are using:

  • Frontend: React

  • Backend: Node.js, Django, FastAPI

  • Data: Postgres

  • Infra: Digital Ocean

What You Bring

  • Shipper: You must have shipped software before. This is not an entry-level position.

  • Full Stack Fluency: You can center a div, and you can optimize a SQL query. You focus on building features holistically, not just small parts for someone else to integrate.

  • High Agency: We expect you to be proactive, energetic, with a sense of urgency, and the ability to relentlessly get things done.

  • AI whisper: You should already be using Cursor, Copilot, or ideally Claude Code to augment your efficiency.

  • Tech Optimist: You embrace new paradigms, Agentic AI, and whatever new gets launched next week. You are also pragmatic and don’t get fooled, or anxious, by the hype.
